About Me
Hi, my name is Sterling. With seven years of experience coaching, I have honed my skills in teaching juniors and adults of all ages and skill levels. During my time at the Tennis Center at Pennsylvania State University, I was responsible for developing curriculum and leading large clinics, ensuring that each player received tailored instruction that matched their skill level and learning style. I specialize in guiding young players through the stages of development, from red ball to orange and green ball, and eventually transitioning them to yellow ball.
Teaching Style
y approach is rooted in concept-focused and goal-oriented development, where I emphasize understanding the key principles of the game while setting clear, achievable goals. Whether you're a beginner looking to grasp the basics or an advanced player aiming to refine your technique, my goal is to help you reach your full potential on the court.
